Hanover House is an iconic ground-up multi-family residential development in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn, NYC. Featuring over 20,000 square feet of amenities with 300+ 1- and 2-bedroom apartments for lease, this new tower comes complete with top-of-the-line finishes and appliances, lavish communal spaces, and cinematic views of Downtown Brooklyn.

 

Red Leaf brought this property to life for leasing and marketing via our Visual Twin platform, creating a seamless production pipeline for all core visuals on the sales website and StreetEasy listings. We provided a 30-second detailed fly-thru virtual tour, CGI Renderings, 4 self-guided virtual tours broadcast from building website, and an in-suite virtual tour, allowing brokers and prospective renters to walk themselves through the stunning amenities and typical unit.

Forget wireframe diagrams - working from a Visual Twin 1:1 with reality is proven to be a massive time saver. Teams can ideate in full immersion live in meetings with all stakeholders present, allowing marketers to spend less time coordinating and more time creating inspired content. Ideas that typically take weeks of back-and-forth can be vetted live, including camera angles, lighting effects, and sun angles.

 

By the numbers, CGI renderings that typically require 4 touch-points were completed in 2 and with significantly less back-and-forth friction. A thorough and detailed fly-thru that would usually require weeks of planning took just 2 weeks to get a final edit, with minimal need for mark-ups. Working with reality is just easier.

We created a web-friendly iteration of our Virtual Tours that could be shown to the public at scale on StreetEasy. These self-guided tours are a surefire way for potential renters to envision themselves in the space, while property managers save time on in-person touring and photography.
