Related Ross Unveils New Renderings by Red Leaf for CityPlace of Wellington

We are pleased to highlight our recent collaboration on project renderings for a new mixed-use district in downtown Wellington, Florida, presented to the Wellington Village Council by Related Ross in late October 2024.

 

The ambitious mixed-use project on the 66-acre K-Park site along State Road 7 could include 40-50 commercial spaces, featuring potential markets and grocers, destination restaurants, cafés, fitness centers, and even a possible hotel. The development envisions boutique residences above retail stores, interconnected by green spaces, trails, and pedestrian-friendly streets that could host farmers’ markets and other community events. Additionally, a private K-12 school affiliated with Education in Motion is part of the proposal, aiming to bring quality local education to Wellington families while operating independently.

In partnership with Related Ross and Elkus Manfredi Architects, our team at Red Leaf NY embraced a brisk two-week production timeline to bring this vision to fruition. Our expertise in creating compelling storytelling imagery brought to life the public realm, helping to convey this truly engaging vision.

Utilizing our Visual Twin platform, we were able to streamline the production process and complete the work in less than half the time traditionally required. By eliminating conventional wireframes and working directly 1:1 with reality, we enabled the entire team to ideate efficiently and effectively.
